REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure a seamless experience on KonTnT. However, if a refund is necessary, the following conditions apply:

 

Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the payment date.

 

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

 

Refunds may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in the original payment account, depending on the issuing bank.
