When a payment is made on the KONTNT app, the following process is followed to confirm the transaction:
Payment Acknowledgment: Upon the Brand Owner initiating a payment for a job request, a confirmation receipt will be sent via email to the registered email address.
Payment Processing: The payment will be captured and placed in a frozen state until the Creator completes the requested task.
Notification of Status: Once the Creator finishes the job and the Brand Owner confirms delivery, the payment status will be updated. The Creator will receive an email confirmation of the transfer to their wallet.
Timing of Confirmation
Initial Payment Receipt: Delivered instantly via email.
Job Completion Confirmation: Sent immediately after the Brand Owner confirms delivery.
