KonTnT aims to provide flexibility for both Brand Owners and Creators. Below are the conditions for cancellation:Brand Owners:
Cancellation of a job request can be made only before the Creator accepts the job.
Once the job is accepted by the Creator, the payment will be frozen and cancellations will no longer be allowed.
Creators:
Creators must notify the Brand Owner and KONTNT support within 24 hours of accepting a job if they are unable to complete it.
Failing to notify within the given timeframe may result in penalties or account restrictions.
For cancellations, contact support@kontnt.com. immediately with the job reference number.
